摘要
肠道微生态由一个多样化的微生物群落组成,在维持宿主内环境稳态、保障宿主健康方面起着十分重要的作用。肠道微生态在药物代谢中也起着至关重要的作用。本文就肠道微生物-宿主共代谢、肠道微生态对药物代谢的影响及其未来研究所面临的挑战等问题作一简要概述。
The gut microbiota is a diverse and dense microbial community that plays a very important role in maintaining the homeostasis of the host＇s internal environment and protecting the host＇s health. Meanwhile, the gut microbiota also plays a crucial role in drug metabolism. In this review, we briefly summarize the microbiota-host cometabolism, and the gut microbial impacts on drug metabolism, and the challenges in the future study and so on.
