摘要
随着医学影像技术的不断进步,孤立性肺结节的检出率大大提高,但其良恶性评估仍是近年来胸部影像学研究的热点及难点。影像学检查是孤立性肺结节检出及初步定性的首要检查方法,其对肺结节的研究已从单纯的形态学向功能学及分子学进展,故影像技术的快速发展有助于良恶性肺结节的鉴别诊断。恶性肺结节的早期发现不仅能使临床治疗效果大大提高,还能显著提高患者的生活质量及存活率,因此肺结节的早期定性诊断十分重要。未来,肺结节的定性诊断还需要深入研究。
With the development of medical imaging technology,the detection rate of solitary pulmonary nodules has been greatly increased,but its benign and malignant evaluation is still a hot and difficult spot in recent chest imaging research. Imaging examination is the primary method of solitary pulmonary nodules detection and preliminary characterization,and the research of various imaging techniques on solitary pulmonary nodules has been moved from simple morphological to functional and molecular,so the rapid development of imaging technology is helpful to the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules. Early detection of malignant pulmonary nodules can not only improve the effect of clinical treatment,but also improve patient's life quality and survival rates significantly. Therefore,the early qualitative diagnosis of pulmonary nodules is very important,which still needs further study in the future.
