摘要
目的分析小儿支气管肺炎患儿临床治疗中穴位贴敷辅助治疗取得的效果。方法方便选取该院2016年5月—2017年5月收治的小儿支气管肺炎患儿130例,采用数字随机分组法包括对照组与观察组各65例,分别给予常规西药治疗、西药治疗联合穴位贴敷方法,比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果两组患儿治疗效果观察,观察组96.92%(63/65)与对照组86.15%(56/65),对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.86,P<0.05)。两组患儿症状缓解时间观察,止咳时间、退热时间、平喘时间以及肺罗音消失时间,观察组均少于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿支气管肺炎患儿临床治疗中,穴位贴敷用于的辅助治疗,可帮助患儿提高临床治疗效果,缩短各项临床症状缓解时间,应在临床实践中推广应用。
Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of acupoint sticking application in children with bronchopneumonia in the clinical treatment. Methods A total of 130 children with pediatric bronchial pneumonia who were hospitalized from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected conveniently. A randomized grouping method was used to include 65 patients in the control group and the observation group, and were given routine western medicine and western medicine combined with acupoint application. The treatment effects of the two groups of children were compared. Results The treatment effect of the two groups of children was observed between 96.92%（63/65） in the observation group and 86.15%（56/65） in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=4.86, P〈0.05）. The observations of symptom relief time, cough time, analgesia time, asthma relief time and disappearance time of rales were observed in both groups. The observation group was less than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinical treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia in children, acupoint application for adjuvant therapy can help children improve clinical treatment, shorten the time of clinical symptoms, should be promoted in clinical practice.
