犊牛巴氏杆菌和化脓隐秘杆菌混合感染的病理学观察 被引量:6

摘要 我校动物医院接诊一例病犊牛,该犊牛表现为咳嗽抽搐后并迅速死亡。为了探讨其性质,对病牛进行病理剖检,然后采用课题组发明专利,对肺脏等病变明显的组织器官进行病理组织切片制作和H.E染色观察。结果表明,该病的主要病理变化特征为纤维素性化脓性坏死性肺炎、出血坏死性肠炎、脾坏死、坏死性肾炎等。实验研究证明,该病例是由犊牛巴氏杆菌与化脓性隐秘杆菌引起的混合感染。 There was a clinical reception of a sick calf in our animal hospital, which had convulsively cough and then died rapidly. In order to diagnose its character, the sick calf had pathological anatomy.Major organs like lung were made pathological section by the method of our invention patent and and H.E staining observation. The results showed that the pathological changes of this case were mainly characterized by fibrinous pyogenic necrosis,and necrotizing nephritis. This disease was diagnosed to pyogenes. necrotic pneumonia, hemorrhagic necrotizing enteritis, spleen be mixed infection of Pasteurella multocide and Arcanobacterium pyogenes.
