摘要
作为一种天然高分子生物材料,海藻酸盐具有良好的生物相容性、降解性、成凝胶性和成膜性,在临床医学领域展现出广泛的应用潜能。本文对海藻酸盐在伤口敷料、组织工程、栓塞剂和载药微胶囊等方面的临床应用进行综述,并对未来的发展方向进行展望。
As a kind of natural polymer biomaterial, Alginate has been demonstrated high potential of clinical application with good biocompatibility, degradability, gelation-formation and film-formation abilities. In this paper, we review the clinical application of alginate-based materials in wound dressings, tissue engineering, embolic agents, and drug-loaded microcapsules, also, we prospect the development direction of alginate in the future.
