摘要
绿色发展是新时代中国特色社会主义的一种新的发展模式,高校作为绿色人才培养的高地,率先实现校园建设的绿色化是新时代对高校发展提出的基本要求。以新时代对高校绿色校园的基本要求为出发点,进行高校绿色校园功能定位、系统组成要素特征及要素间反馈关系分析,剖析查找当前高校绿色校园建设面临的问题,并对绿色校园内涵进行了拓展,在原有的偏重于校园环境绿色化内涵之中,增加了绿色文化传播、绿色科技示范应用和绿色的运行管理等内容。
Green development is a new development model of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Colleges and universities serve as high ground for green talent cultivation and it is a basic requirement for them to firstly realize the greenness of campus construction. In view of the orientation of green campus in colleges and universities in the new era,this paper analyzes the relationship between the elements and the elements of colleges and universities to achieve the target function,and analyzes the current green campus construction in colleges and universities. This paper describes the green culture,green technology demonstration and application of green operation and management of three aspects.
