典型含水复合结构在聚能装药水下爆炸作用下的毁伤 被引量:11

Damage anlysis of typical water partitioned structure under shaped charge underwater explosion

摘要 聚能装药水下爆炸对含水复合结构的毁伤主要为聚能侵彻体对钢+水+钢多层结构的侵彻贯穿以及水下爆炸冲击波的联合作用。文章通过水下爆炸实验和数值模拟,对典型含水复合结构在聚能装药水下爆炸作用下的毁伤进行了研究。结果表明:在聚能装药水下爆炸作用下,复合结构水舱前板发生较大孔洞的严重撕裂,水舱后板产生穿孔,孔径约为聚能装药直径的1/3;相同爆心距离,装药侧向的冲击波压力受装药形式影响不明显;随着水层厚度的增加,侵彻体对后效靶的侵彻深度降低,后板的中心永久位移逐渐减少;侵彻路径上的弹前激波先于侵彻体作用于结构表面,结构穿孔破坏是冲击波与侵彻体的共同作用的结果。 The damage of the water partitioned structure subjected to the shaped charged underwater explosion is mainly caused by the penetration of the projectiles combined by the explosion waves. The underwater explosion experiments and the numerical simulations were performed to investigate the damage of two kinds of typical structures under the shaped charged underwater explosion. The results show that the tearing hole on the front board of the typical structure is much bigger than the penetrating hole on the back board, the diameter of which is about one third of the diameter of the shaped charged projectile; the effect of the explosive shape on the free field pressure in side direction is negligible; both of the penetration depth of the effective plates in the box and the out-of-plane displacement of the back board decrease with the increase of the thickness of the water interlayer; the arrival time of the shock wave in front of the projectile at the typical structures is earlier than that of the penetrator; the penetration damage of the structure is mainly caused by the high velocity impact of the penetrator and shock wave.
