摘要
目的:分析安徽省65岁以上老年人对老年护理机构的环境需求及影响因素,为促进护理机构资源优化配置提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样法对安徽省4个地市12所护理机构的200例老年人进行环境需求问卷调查,并分析其影响因素。结果:老年人护理机构环境需求总分为(64.77±11.09)分,安静需求维度最高、得分为(13.20±2.82)分,导向/提示需求维度最低、得分为(9.32±3.30)分,子女探望次数、健康状况及经济情况是影响环境需求的主要因素。结论:老年人对护理机构环境需求总体水平较高,护理机构应根据老年人实际需求,加强基础设施建设,优化环境配置,以提高老年人生活质量。
Objective： To analyze the environmental needs and influencing factors of nursing institutions for the elderly aged over 65 in Anhui Province,and to provide reference for promoting the optimal allocation of resources of nursing institutions. Methods： A convenient sampling method was used to investigate the environmental needs of 200 elderly people in 12 nursing institutions in 4 cities of Anhui Province,and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results： The overall environmental needs of the elderly care institutions were（ 64. 77 ±11. 09）,the quiet demand dimension was the highest,the score was（ 13. 20 ± 2. 82） points,the guidance/prompt demand dimension was the lowest,the score was（ 9. 32 ± 3. 30） points,and the number of children visited,health and economic conditions are the main factors affecting environmental needs. Conclusion： The overall level of environmental needs of the elderly care institutions is relatively high. The nursing institutions should strengthen the infrastructure construction according to the actual needs of the elderly and optimize the environmental allocation to improve the quality of life of the elderly.
