摘要
采用高效无吡啶卡尔·费休试剂—醛酮专用试剂、库仑法微量水测定仪测定环己酮中的微量水分,探讨了实验操作条件并建立了该分析方法。结果表明:在搅拌速度为0.05μg/s(按消耗的水质量计算),平衡点为40~50,搅拌时间为6 s,进样量为60μL的条件下,使用JF-5型库仑法微量水分测定仪测定环己酮中的微量水分,其加标回收率为98.46%~101.92%,相对标准偏差为0.15%~0.35%;该方法具有分析速度快、灵敏度高、操作简便等优点。
The trace water in cyclohexanone was determined by coulometric method with high-efficiency pyridine-free Karl Fischer reagent, a special reagent for aldehyde and ketone. The experimental conditions were discussed and the analysis method was set up. The results showed that the recovery of standard addition was 98.46%-101.92% and the relative standard deviation 0.15%- 0.35% when the trace water in cyclohexanone was determined with a JF-5 coulomeric aquameter under the conditions as followed: stirring speed 0.05 μg/s (by the mass of consumed water), equilibrium point 40-50, stirring time 6 s, injection volume 60 μL; and the method had the advantages of rapid analysis, high sensitivity and convenient operation.
