摘要
高职院校的药学专业教师肩负着培养药学及相关专业人才的重任,因此,做好高职院校药学相关专业青年教师的培养尤为重要。分析药学相关专业青年教师存在的问题,提出高职院校药学相关专业青年教师的培养策略。
The pharmacy teachers in higher vocational colleges shoulder the important task of cultivating pharmacy and related professional talents. Therefore,it is particularly important to cultivate the young teachers of pharmacy-related majors in higher vocational colleges. It analyzes the problems existing in young teachers of pharmaceutical-related professions,and puts forward the training strategies for young teachers in the pharmaceutical-related professions in higher vocational colleges.
