摘要
目的探索全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的作用。方法该次实验对象为糖尿病120例患者(在2016年8月—2017年3月期间选取),采用计算机分组模式,观察组进行全程健康教育模式,有60例,对照组进行常规护理,有60例,随后对比两组患者的糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、护理满意度、自我管理良好率、遵医行为、健康知识了解率。结果观察组患者的护理满意度(98.33%)、自我管理良好率(96.67%)、遵医行为(100.00%)、健康知识了解率(98.33%)均高于对照组,糖化血红蛋白(6.48±1.53)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.88±1.36)mmol/L、空腹血糖(5.41±0.68)mmol/L均低于对照组(χ~2=12.876 2、11.582 0、15.849 1、14.134 6、t=12.501 7、6.985 4、17.669 4;P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施全程健康教育模式效果显著,能够增加患者依从性。
Objective To explore the effect of whole-course health education model in the nursing management of diabetes. Methods 120 cases of diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the observation group used the whole-course health education model, while the control group used the routine nursing, and the glycosylated hemoglobin, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, fasting blood glucose, nursing satisfactory degree, self-management good rate, compliance and awareness rate of health knowledge were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfactory degree, self-management good rate, compliance behavior, awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, which were respectively 98.33%, 96.67%, 100.00%, 98.33% in the observation group, and the glycosylated hemoglobin, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, fasting blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, which were respectively（6.48±1.53）mmol/L,（7.88±1.36）mmol/L,（5.41±0.68）mmol/L（χ~2=12.876 2, 11.582 0, 15.849 1, 14.134 6, t=12.501 7, 6.985 4, 17.669 4; P0.05）. Conclusion The implementation effect of whole-course health education model in diabetes patients is obvious, which can enhance the compliance of patients.
