摘要
高性能永磁同步电机伺服驱动器设计过程中电流采样环节至关重要,∑-Δ型采样方法以其模数转换精度高、应用灵活的特点,可以较好地适应电机控制电流采样。首先介绍了基于过采样技术的∑-Δ采样的原理;然后分析了∑-Δ采样技术相对于传统的电流采样方式的优势和不足,并结合电机控制中应用的特点,从延时规避、谐波消除、复杂算法适配三个方面提出了∑-Δ采样在电机控制中应用的优化策略,弥补了∑-Δ采样的不足,增强其在电机控制领域的适用性;最后,通过实验对相关的分析结论进行了验证。
The principle of Σ-Δ modulator is introduced first in this paper.Then,compared with SAR current sampling method,the advantages and disadvantages of Σ-Δ sampling are analyzed.And combining with the characteristics of the application in motor control,the improved strategies to enhance the applicability of Σ-Δ sampling in motor control are proposed from three aspects:delay avoidance,harmonic elimination,and application of complex algorithms.
