K-Means Based on Human Learning Optimization Algorithm in Intelligent Greenhouse

摘要 针对传统的K-Means算法易受初始聚类中心点和异常点影响导致聚类结果不理想的缺陷,利用人类学习优化算法全局搜索能力强的优势,对K-Means算法的初始聚类中心进行优化,提出了一种基于人类学习优化算法的K-Means方法。通过UCI数据集中几组数据对算法进行了聚类实验,实验结果表明与传统的K-Means算法相比,提出的改进算法有效提高了聚类性能。关于温室环境因素的控制策略较为复杂,为了对智能温室中番茄生长环境调控进行决策支持,对温室番茄生长环境中不同的变量指标做聚类分析,挖掘出智能温室大棚中番茄生长的最佳环境范围,调节环境变量让温室一直处于番茄生长的最佳环境中。 This paper proposes a method based on human learning optimization algorithm of K-Means.Through several groups of data of UCI data set algorithm for clustering experiment.In this paper,different variables in intelligent greenhouse tomato growth environment indicators do clustering analysis,excavating tomato growth range of best environment in intelligent greenhouse,adjusting environment variables that greenhouse tomato growth is in the best environment.
