摘要
目的分析重症脑梗塞采取醒脑静与依达拉奉联合治疗的效果。方法研究对象均为临床资料齐全的重症脑梗塞患者,所有患者均于2016年10月—2017年10月在该院治疗,抽取88例。根据奇偶数分组法分为两组,均占44例。采用醒脑静治疗设为单纯组;采用醒脑静与依达拉奉联合治疗为联合组。将上述两组患者的治疗总有效率进行比较,对比分析治疗前后两组NIHSS评分、Barthel评分。结果两组患者的治疗效果比较,存在较大差异,联合组总有效率为84.09%,明显优于单纯组(χ~2=4.768,P<0.05);联合组治疗后NIHSS、Barthel评分均明显优于单纯组(t=6.935、8.829,P<0.05)。结论采用醒脑静与依达拉奉联合治疗重症脑梗塞的效果显著,值得在今后推荐应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of xingnaojing injection combined with edaravone in treatment of severe cerebral infraction. Methods 88 cases of patients with severe cerebral infraction admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each, the simple group were treated with singnaojing injection, while the combined group were treated with edaravone on the basis of the control group, and the total treatment effective rate was compared between the two groups, and the NIHSS score and Barthel score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results There was a big difference in the treatment effect between the two groups, and the total treatment effective rate in the combined group was 84.09%, which was obviously better than that in the simple group（χ~2=4.768, P0.05）; after treatment,and the NIHSS, Barthel scores in the combined group were obviously higher than those in the simple group（t=6.935、8.829,P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of xingnaojing injection combined with edaravone in treatment of severe cerebral infraction is obvious, which is worth recommendation and application in future.
