摘要
对风电场动态润滑补脂系统进行了总体设计,讨论了系统组成需要注意的事项。以新疆某风电场为例,考虑风机位置分布情况,利用Kruskal算法进行了油路管道铺设的优化计算并确定了铺设方案和补脂站位置;为了控制系统的安全和稳定运行,对控制回路的物理铺设路线基于最优目标进行了优化设计,选定了控制室最佳建设地址。该方法为工程应用提供了简单易行的设计模板。
In this paper,the grease filling system of the dynamic lubrication system in the wind farm is designed and the matters needed more attention are also discussed.Using the data of a Xinjiang wind farm and considering the position of the wind turbine distribution.The oil pipeline optimization is calculated out using the Kruskal algorithm.Then the laying scheme and grease filling station position are determined.In order to getting the safe and stable operation of the control system,the physical control loop laying route is also designed based on the optimum objective,and the best construction of the control room is selected.The method in this paper could provide a simple and practical design template in engineering application.
