摘要
亚纳秒前沿脉冲强电场具有上升沿短、脉冲宽度窄、电场强度幅值大的特点。本文设计了基于偶极子接收天线、电光调制结构、光波导结构的集成光学电场传感器。组建了传感器性能测试系统和脉冲测量系统,分析了传感器的输入输出函数、响应时间等性能。
The sub-nanosecond pulse has rapidly rising frontier, short pulse width and high amplitude of electric field intensity. Integrated optical sensor designed in this article is based on dipole antenna, electro-optic modulation and optical waveguide structure. A sub-nanosecond E-field measuring system has been designed for evaluating the performance of the integrated optical E-field sensor.
