筛板跑粗报警系统的研制

摘要 马道头选煤厂末原煤脱泥筛筛板频繁翘起,部分直径+1.5 mm的原煤进入煤泥桶,导致煤泥桶上料管堵塞。为了确保生产系统正常运行,在煤泥桶上方安装一套筛板跑粗报警系统,通过监测煤泥水冲击力确定筛板是否跑粗,并根据冲击力数值设置了3种报警方式。该系统投入运行后,4个月内发生了7次漏料导致筛板跑粗事故,系统均实现报警并急停设备,在极短的时间内恢复了生产,有效保证了选煤厂的正常运行。 The desliming screen of fine raw coal and tailing is frequently cocking in Madaotou coal preparation plant,partial raw coal with diameter + 1. 5 mm enter into the coal mud bucket,which causes the coal mud bucket is blocked. In order to ensure the normal operation of production system,installs a sieve plate loss of coarse particles alarm system above the coal slime bucket,monitoring the coal slime water impact size is used to determine whether the sieve plate is lost,and according to the impact value three methods for alarm are set up. The system is put into operation,the coarse sieve plate loss of coarse particles happened seven times in four months,system to realize the alarm and stop equipment,resumed production in a very short time,effectively guarantee the normal operation of the coal preparation plant.
