摘要
文章以设计事理学作为理论工具,指导湖南新华书店服务设计创新的实践。首先概述了设计事理学的基本理论。其次,提出了湖南新华书店品牌视觉形象、产品服务结构和可持续服务模式三个方面的服务设计缺口。最后,基于设计事理学的方法论,对每个服务设计缺口分别提出了解决方案,以提升湖南新华书店的服务体验,推动其转型升级。
The article uses design affairology as a theoretical tool to guide the service design innovation case of Hunan Xinhua Bookstore(HX). Firstly, it outlines the basic theory of design affairology. Secondly, three existing problems of service design of the HX are proposed: brand visual image system, product service structure and sustainable service model. Finally, based on design affairology, specific solutions to three problems are proposed to improve service experience of the HX and realize the transformation and upgrading of the HX.
