摘要
进入21世纪后,由于科学技术的不断发展、经济结构的不断变化以及城市化的推进,曾经辉煌的传统工业基地活力不再,大量工厂倒闭因而产生了工业废弃地,为人们带来了一些社会及环境问题。基于生态理念用景观的方式对城市工业废弃地进行更新已经不容忽视。针对旧工业基地在城市发展中不断更新及废弃不用地问题,文章通过城市工业废弃地的概念进行界定、分析基于生态理念的城市工业废弃地更新的价值所在,以及结合现有的城市工业废弃地更新的成功案例,寻找出城市工业废弃地更新的办法。
After entering the 21 st century,because of the continuous development of science and technology,the constant change of economic structure and the advancement of urbanization,the vitality of the once glorious traditional industrial base is no longer,and a large number of factory closures have resulted in industrial wasteland,which has brought some social and environmental problems for people. It is not to be neglected to update urban industrial waste Land based on ecological concept. In view of the old industrial base in the urban development constantly updated and abandoned the problem,through the concept of urban industrial wasteland,this paper defines and analyzes the value of the renewal of urban industrial wasteland based on ecological concept as well as the successful case of renewal of urban industrial wasteland,and finds out the method of renewing urban industrial wasteland.
