摘要
长江上游水库群建设运行将对防洪、发电、航运等方面产生巨大的经济效益,但水库群建成运行也会对中下游生态环境造成一定影响。分析上游水库群建设对中下游水环境可能造成的影响,总结目前研究中存在的问题,提出长江上游水库群水环境保护联合调度研究需求建议,为促进水库群发挥调度综合效益,为长江经济带科学高效发展提供技术支撑。
The construction and operation of reservoir group in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River bringgreat economic benefits for flood control, electricity generation and shipping, but they also have a certain effecton the ecological environment of the middle and lower reaches. In order to promote a comprehensive benefit fromdispatching reservoir group and to provide technical support for the scientific and efficient development of theYangtze River economic belt, the effects of upstream reservoir group on downstream river water environmenthave been analyzed. The limitations of current research are summarized, and the demands for the joint dispatch？ing of reservoirs for water environment protection in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River are proposed.
