摘要
目的分析补肾活血汤治疗老年骨近端骨折的疗效。方法回顾2014年9月至2016年5月的59例老年肱骨近端骨折患者，使用补肾活血汤为治疗组，不使用的为对照组。骨折复位、稳定固定后，治疗组使用补肾活血汤内服4周，对照组不服中药，其他治疗与治疗组保持一致。结果治疗组与对照组比较，补肾活血汤对于降低患者疼痛程度（视觉模拟评分），提高肩关节功能（Neer肩关节功能评分）及促进骨折愈合方面，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论补肾活血汤具有促进老年肱骨近端骨折愈合、缓解骨折后疼痛及改善骨折后肩关节功能的作用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue decoction （ BSHXD ） on Proximal Humeral Fractures （ PHFs ） in elderly patients. Methods All 59 elderly patitents with PHFs were selected in the retrospective study from September 2014 to May 2016. Based on drinking BSHXD, they were divided into control group and treatment group. The treatment group was treated with BSHXD for 4 weeks, while control group was treated without any other special treatment after the reduction and stable fixation. Results Compared with the control group, BSHXD in the treatment group reduced pain （ visual analogue scale ） , improved the function of the shoulder joint （ Neer shoulder function score ） and promoted the healing of the fracture, and the difference was statistically significant （ P0.05 ） . Conclusion BSHXD could promote the healing of PHFs, relieve the pain after fracture and improve the shoulder function after fracture.
