摘要
目的对比单纯修补术以及胃大部分切除术治疗急性上消化道穿孔的疗效。方法采用实验研究访视法,方便选取该院2014年1月—2017年8月以来收治的60例急性上消化道穿孔患者进行访视追踪,按照手术治疗方法的不同,平均分为对照组和观察组,对照组30例给予胃大部分切除术治疗,观察组30例应用单纯修补术治疗,临床调查随访两组临床疗效和不良反应。结果观察组临床疗效和并发症分别为96.67%(29/30)和3.33%(1/30)与对照组临床疗效相当,两组数据差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.000,0.000,P=1.000>0.05)。结论单纯修补术以及胃大部分切除术治疗急性上消化道穿孔在临床疗效和不良反应效果上相当,应根据临床需求和手术禁忌症要求,对患者实施有针对性的支持治疗方法,以更好地发挥不同术式临床治疗的效果。
Objective To compare the curative effect of simple repair and subtotal gastrectomy in treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal perforation. Methods 60 cases of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal perforation admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to August 2017 were convenient selected for tracing, and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 30 cases in each, the control group were treated with subtotal gastrectomy, while the observation group were treated with simple repair, and the clinical curative effect and side reactions of the two groups were followed up. Results The clinical curative effect and complications in the observation group were respectively 96.67%（29/30） and 3.33%（1/30）, and the clinical curative effect was similar to that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（χ~2=0.000,0.000, P=1.000 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect and side reactive effect of simple repair and subtotal gastrectomy in treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal perforation are similar, and we should use the targeted support treatment method in order to better give play to the clinical effect of different operation methods according to the clinical demands and requirements of surgical contraindication.
