摘要
选取唐代耀州窑、长沙窑、定窑以及北宋建窑瓷片,采用X射线荧光光谱仪,偏光显微镜研究其胎釉成分与显微胎釉结构,结果显示耀州窑化妆土成分与胎体相似,质地较为疏松。长沙窑化妆土中Al_2O_3含量普遍偏高,可能用到了其它含铝量较高的瓷土。不同的胎釉结构导致化妆土的作用也不尽相同。在高铝低硅的胎和釉或化妆土的结合面上,会出现由钙长石晶丛构成的反应层,北方窑口以及南方的建窑,东张窑等较为多见,通过相图解释了反应层的形成机理。判断反应层与化妆土可通过在偏光显微镜下边界是否整齐来判断。取样四种瓷片样本较为系统,能完整地反映出化妆土→反应层的渐变过程。
In this study, the body-glaze and make-up soil compositions and microstructures of Yaozhou porcelains, Changsha porcelains, Ding porcelains and Jian porcelains excavated from sites tested by EDXRF and polarizing microscope. The results show the compositions of Yaozhou kiln porcelain's body and make-up soil are similar. There are huge differences in Al2O3 content between make-up soil and body of Changsha kiln porcelains which means their raw materials came from different sites. The effect of make-up soil is different duo to the different microstructures of body and glaze. With the north and south kiln such as Dongzhang and Jian kiln's porcelain bodies high in alumina and low in silica, the calcium feldspar crystal grows from body to glaze as a consequence and can be explained by the ternary phase diagram of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2. The boundary's regularity can help to determine whether it's belong to make-up soil or reaction layer. These kiln porcelains can reflect the gradient process from make-up soil to reaction layer completely.
