摘要
深圳经济特区创造出了堪称经济发展奇迹的＂深圳速度＂,也面临着土地与空间有限、能源水资源短缺、人口不堪重负与环境承载力严重透支等一系列不容回避的挑战,必须向＂深圳质量＂进一步转变。本文以全球价值链为视角对深圳经济体发展状况进行研究,针对经济发展中存在的主要问题,分析了其内外部原因,从进一步优化内外部价值链、构建人才梯队、优化营商环境、健全多元化研发投入机制、加强国际区域合作等角度提出了相应建议,以期为进一步提升深圳经济质量提供经验借鉴与理论启示。
Shenzhen has created a ＂Shenzhen speed＂ which can be called a miracle of economic development. But it also encountered a series of challenges that can ’t be avoided, such as the limited of land and space, shortage of energy and water resources, overwhelming burdens of population and serious overdraft of environmental bearing capacity. To solve these challenges, the development of Shenzhen must have further changes to Shen-zhen quality. This article examines the development of the Shenzhen economy from the perspective of global value chains, analysis the main questions and make suggestions. The suggestions include five parts. Firstly,further optimize internal and external value chains; Secondly, build a talent team; Thirdly, optimize the business environment; Fourthly, improve the diversified R＆D investment mechanism; Fifthly, strengthening international cooperation. The article hopes to provide experience and theoretical inspiration for further improving Shenzhen’s economic quality.
