摘要
研究利用水性聚氨酯改性大豆基胶黏剂,通过FT-IR及TG研究了大豆基胶黏剂的红外特征吸收峰及降解特性,并研究了胶黏剂的力学性能变化情况。结果表明,水性聚氨酯与大豆蛋白大分子及木材大分子间存在键合。经改性后,耐水性显著提高,当水性聚氨酯加入量达20%时,湿态胶合强度最高达1.1 MPa,满足Ⅱ类胶合板的要求。
Waterborne polyurethane (WPU) was applied as the modifier agent of soy-based adhesives. By using FT-TR and TG analysis, the characteristic absorption peak and degradation feather were researched in this study. In addition, the mechanical properties of soy-based adhesives were also studied. The results showed that there were chemical reactions among WPU, soy protein and wood substrate. After WPU modification, the water resistance of soy-based adhesives was enhanced significantly. When the addition amount of WPU was 20%, the wet bonding strength reached 1.1 MPa, which met the requirements of type Ⅱ application.
