摘要
混凝土一次浇筑工艺具有整体性好、节约施工工期等显著优点,但开裂以及表面平整度的控制难度也同样较高。依托上海曹路公交停车场工程项目,介绍了框架结构梁板与楼面面层一次浇筑的施工工艺。根据工程实际,从设计、材料、施工和养护4个方面提出了体系化的应对方案,不仅解决了裂缝以及平整度等施工难题,也提高了工程质量,可供同类工程参考。
The one-time pouring process of framework structure concrete has obvious advantages such as good integrity and saving construction time, but the control difficulty of crack and surface evenness is also high. Based on the Shanghai Caolu bus parking lot project, the construction technology of one-time pouring for the framework structure beam plate and the floor surface is introduced in this paper. According to the engineering situation, this paper also puts forward the detailed solutions from four aspects of design, materials, construction and maintenance to solve construction problems such as cracks and flatness, and to improve the project quality, which can provide references for similar projects.
