摘要
电梯限速器是电梯装置中不可或缺的重要安全保护装置,本文主要探讨一种用来检测水平电梯限速器动作速度的装置,并得到电气开关和机械动作速度值。采用单片机控制,电动机对限速器绳轮进行加速,通过传感器反馈转速脉冲,计算出相应的限速器绳轮转动的速度,将数据反馈回检测人员手机APP中进行查看和存储。该装置能提高电梯行业检测工作人员的安全性,提高工作效率和测量精度。
Speed governor is an important device in an elevator. The design of the detection device fortesting the electrical switch speed and mechanical movement speed of a horizontal elevator speed governor are mainly expounded on. The governor sheave with SCM control drive system is accelerated to achieve the movement speed. The speed of the governor sheave in the process and its final operation speed are calculated accordingly through tacho pulses by sensor feedback; and the data can be examined and stored in an APP in the inspector＇s mobile phone. With this device, the safety of the inspection personnel in the elevator industry and their work efficiency and measurement accuracy can be improved,
