港珠澳大桥沉管施工船机设备风险预控研究 被引量:2

摘要 结合为港珠澳大桥沉管浮运安装而配备的船机设备的大型化、专业化、技术复杂化等特点,在管理过程中引入风险管理理念,通过标准化管理手段并结合风险源辨识、风险评价和风险管控等风险管理手段,采用作业条件危险源分析法(LEC)应用于风险评估过程中,有效避免沉管安装过程船机设备故障风险,确保施工的顺利进行。港珠澳大桥沉管浮运安装的4年间,未有一次因船机设备故障造成沉管安装的影响,为其他类似高风险大型化船机设备施工的船机保障提供方法借鉴。 This paper combines the characteristics of large scale,specialization and technical complication of ship-machine equipment,which is equipped with the immersed tube floating installation of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,introduces the concept of risk management in the management process,and combines the risk management means with risk source identification,risk assessment and risk control.The risk of ship equipment failure in the process of immersed tube installation is effectively avoided by using the operational condition hazard source Analysis(LEC)method to ensure the smooth construction.During the four years of the installation of the immersed tubes of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Link Project,there is no failure coming from the barge and equipment during the installation of the immersed tubes,so as to provide some reference for other similar high risk ship-building equipment construction.
