摘要
通过对萨中油田各系统埋地管道腐蚀状况统计发现,埋地管道随着使用年限的增加,腐蚀穿孔现象呈逐年上升趋势,腐蚀老化问题日益突出。为了遏制管道腐蚀穿孔不断恶化的趋势,对萨中油田埋地管道进行了防腐检测和腐蚀原因分析,明确了埋地管道的腐蚀情况及其成因。防腐检测数据及现场开挖验证表明:管道局部腐蚀的程度比均匀腐蚀(均匀腐蚀一般不超过0.5 mm)更为严重;管道绝缘电阻等级为"四(差)、五(劣)",管道防腐层基本无效,防腐措施失效是埋地管道发生严重腐蚀的主要原因。依据检测数据对管道防腐层缺陷和管体缺陷按照相应的规范进行修复,使管体缺陷得到补强,防腐层防护等级得到提升,有效地延长了管道使用寿命,降低了管道腐蚀风险,并取得了良好的经济效益。
According to the statistics of buried pipe corrosion conditions of each system in Sazhong Oilfield,the corrosion perforation phenomenon increases year by year with the increasing of the service life,and the corrosion and aging problems become more and more prominent. In order to curb the deteriorating situation of pipeline corrosion and perforation, the anti-corrosion detection and corrosion cause analysis of buried pipelines in Sazhong Oilfield are carried out, and the corrosion conditions of buried pipelines and the causes are clarified. Corrosion detection data and on-site excavation verification show that the degree of pipeline local corrosion is more serious than that of uniform corrosion(uniform corrosion is generally not more than 0.5 mm);when the insulation resistance grade of pipelines is "four(poor) and five(very poor)",the pipeline coating is basically invalid,and the results show that the failure of anti-corrosion measures is the main cause of serious corrosion in buried pipelines. According to the detection data, the detected pipeline anti-corrosion coating defects and pipe body defects are repaired according to corresponding specifications. By doing so, the defects of the pipe body are reinforced,the insulation resistance grade of the anti-corrosion coating is improved,the service life of the pipeline is effectively prolonged,the risk of pipeline corrosion is reduced,and good economic benefits are achieved.
