摘要 由于二氧化碳驱油井在生产过程中易间歇性出现大量高含二氧化碳伴生气快速上返现象,导致在井口节流环节突发快速温降,进而影响正常生产。因此,针对大庆外围低产、低渗透油田二氧化碳驱油井采出流体的特点,开展了二氧化碳驱油井井口节流特性室内模拟研究,并分析对比了气液比、CO_2含量、压降和液相组分对温降的影响。结果表明:气液比、CO_2含量、压降和液相组分各参数对节流阀前后温降均有影响;节流温降随着流体气液比、压降、气相CO_2含量的增加而增大,但增大速率不同;液相组分对温降的影响与气相中CO_2含量有关,温降效应随着CO_2含量的增加而逐渐明显。 Due to the intermittent upward movement of a large number of high carbon dioxide associated gas in the production process of carbon dioxide flooding wells, the sudden and rapid temperature drop in the throttle link at the wellhead will affect the normal production. Therefore, aiming at the characteristics of the produced fluid in low yield and low permeability oil wells in Daqing periphery oilfields,the laboratory simulation study on the wellhead throttling characteristics of oil wells with carbon dioxide flooding is carried out. The effects of gas-liquid ratio,CO2 content,pressure drop and liquid component on temperature drop are analyzed and compared. The results show that parameters such as gas-liquid ratio,CO2 content,pressure drop and liquid component all have influence on the temperature drop before and after the throttle valve. The throttling temperature drop increases with the increase of gas-liquid ratio, pressure drop and CO2 content in gas phase, but the increasing rate is different;the effect of components in liquid phase on temperature drop is related to the content of CO2 in gas phase,and the effect of temperature drop becomes obvious with the increase of CO2 content.
