摘要
通过模态实验的方法,研究再生粗骨料的取代率、粒径、掺合改性材料对再生混凝土阻尼性能的影响;结果表明同强度等级再生混凝土阻尼比随取代率的增加而增加;随平均粒径的减小而增加,掺合纤维材料、矿渣粉改性后的再生混凝土阻尼增强效果显著,但强度有所降低。通过阻尼机理分析指出再生骨料界面薄弱的过渡层是影响材料阻尼性能的主要因素。使用再生混凝土材料时,在保证其强度要求下,可通过掺合改性材料,改变取代率、骨料平均粒径等方式来改变界面层的理化性质以提高其阻尼性能。
This research studies the effect of the replacement rate,particle size and the modified material on the damping properties of recycled concrete with the method of modal experiment. Results show that damping ratio increases along with the increase of the replacement ratio and with the with the decrease of the average particle size. The damping effect of reinforced effect of concrete increases remarkably when it is mixed with fiber and slag powder,though the strength is reduced. Through the analysis of the damping mechanism,it is found that the weak transitional layer of recycled concrete is the main factor influencing damping performance of the material. In the use of recycled concrete,with the precondition of ensuring the strength,the damping performance can be improved by adding the modified material,changing replacement rate and particle size,etc to change the the physical and chemical properties of interface layer.
