摘要
服装产业个性化、创意化的发展,对高素质服装陈列人才提出了更高的要求,而现代学徒制人才培养模式是培养这种人才的途径之一。本文以X校时装学院服装陈列与展示设计专业人才培养为例,探索适合中国国情的现代学徒制人才培养模式,意在为高职院校研究者和实践者提供有益的借鉴。
The development of individuation and creativity of garment industry has put higher demand on the high-quality talents of garment display. The talents cultivation mode of modern apprenticeship system is one of the approaches to cultivate such talents. With the talents cultivation of Fashion Display and Exhibition Design specialty in Fashion School of X College as an example, this paper explores the talents cultivation mode of modern apprenticeship system suitable for China’s national conditions with an aim to provide useful reference for researchers in vocational colleges and practitioners.
