摘要
目的将硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔应用在妊娠高血压患者的治疗中,分析和对比临床疗效。方法 2015年7月—2017年7月该院妇产科所收入并开展诊治的80例妊娠高血压患者纳入此文分析资料,分组时参考治疗用药的不同,每组所纳例数是40例,单纯硫酸镁治疗用于参照组,硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗用于实验组,对比和研究2组患者的效果。结果实验组治疗之后的舒张压测量值、收缩压测量值对比参照组[(85.2±3.0)、(131.0±12.3)mm Hg vs(95.0±4.2)、(150.7±14.0)mm Hg],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组胎心异常例数、产后出血例数、终止妊娠例数对比参照组(2例、2例、1例vs 13例、14例、12例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠高血压患者的治疗中采用硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗展示良好临床疗效。
Objective Magnesium sulfate was combined with labetalol in the treatment of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension and the clinical efficacy was analyzed and compared. Methods From July 2015 to July 2017, 80 patients with gestational hypertension who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at our hospital and were involved in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease were included in the analysis data of this article.When the group was divided into different drugs, the number of cases received per group was 40 cases. The magnesium sulfate alone was used in the reference group, magnesium sulfate and labetalol were used in the experimental group,and the effects of the two groups were compared and studied. Results The measured diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure after treatment in the experimental group were compared with the reference group [（85.2 ±3.0）,（131.0±12.3）mm Hg vs.（95.0±4.2）,（150.7±14.0）mm Hg], indicating statistical analysis and parameters in terms of significance（P〈0.05）, the number of abnormalities of fetal heart rate, number of postpartum hemorrhages, and number of termination of pregnancy in the experimental group were compared with the reference group（2 cases, 2 cases, 1 case, 13 cases, 14 cases, 12 cases）, indicating that statistics numerical analysis and reference significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol shows good clinical efficacy in the treatment of hypertensive patients with pregnancy.
