摘要
目的对湿化学法与干化学法在乳糜血标本淀粉酶测定当中的结果进行探究。方法在进行血清淀粉酶测定的过程中,选取30例2015年11月—2017年11月收治的患者,分别选取15份乳糜血标本进行湿化学法以及干化学法的测定,分为湿化学法组与干化学法组,对两组测定的结果进行分析。结果在经过不同的测定方法之后,湿化学法与干化学法在进行乳糜血标本淀粉酶测定的之后,两组标本的测定结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在进行干化学法测定之后,所选取的15份乳糜血标本血清的AMY值都位于参考值的范围当中,而在进行湿化学法测定的过程中,只有2例标本的检测结构处于参考值的范围当中,剩余的标本测定结果都要高于参考范围,湿法化学法是干法化学法的2.15~11.00倍。结论在当前的临床医学当中,通过采用干化学法对乳糜血标本进行血清淀粉酶测定,能够更好的符合临床的诊断标准,为治疗工作的开展提供可靠的保障,更好的实现其治疗效果的提升,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective This paper tries to investigate the results of the wet chemical and dry chemical methods in the determination of amylase in chyle blood samples. Methods In the process of serum amylase determination, 30 patients from November 2015 to November 2017 were selected and 15 samples of chylomicrons were selected for wet chemical and dry chemical methods. And they were divided into wet chemical group and the dry chemical group, method analyzing the results of the two sets of measurements. Results After different measurement methods, wet chemical and dry chemical methods were used to determine the amylase content of chylomicron blood samples. There were significant differences in the measurement results between the two groups of samples, which was statistically significant(P〈0.05). After the dry chemical method was performed, the AMY values of the serum of the 15 selected milk samples were all within the range of the reference value. In the wet chemical method determination, only 2 specimens were detected at the reference value. In the range, the remaining sample determination results were higher than the reference range, and the wet chemical method was 2.15 to 11.00 times. Conclusion In the current clinical medicine, the serum amylase assay for chylous blood specimens by dry chemistry method can better meet the clinical diagnostic criteria, provide reliable guarantee for the development of treatment work, and better achieve its therapeutic effect, which has high promotion value.
