新伤续断汤加减结合髁支持钢板治疗股骨远端复杂骨折的临床疗效 被引量:9

摘要 目的评价新伤续断汤加减结合髁支持钢板治疗股骨远端复杂骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院86例股骨远端复杂骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为联合组和对照组,各43例。对照组通过髁支持钢板进行治疗,联合组在对照组基础上加用新伤续断汤加减治疗。对比两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组膝关节功能评分均高于治疗前,且联合组高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组骨折愈合时间、治疗总有效率、并发症总发生率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新伤续断汤加减结合髁支持钢板治疗股骨远端复杂骨折具有良好的效果,术后骨折愈合较快。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Xinshang Xuduan decoction and condylar support plate in complicated fracture of distal femur. Methods Eighty-six patients with complicated fracture of distal femur in our hospital were selected as the study objectsand divided into combined group(43 cases) and control group(43 cases) by the random number method. The control group took condylar support plate, and the combined group added modified Xinshang Xuduan decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the scores of knee joint function in both groups increased, and those in the combined group were higher than the control group(P〈0.05). The fracture healing time, total effective rate and total incidence of complications in the combined group were better than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Modified Xinshang Xuduan decoction and condylar support plate in complicated fracture of distal femur has good effect and the postoperative fractures heal fast.
