摘要
建立了水产品中亚硝酸盐的流动注射检测方法。样品用饱和硼砂提取、亚铁氰化钾和乙酸锌脱脂净化后,用滤纸过滤取上清液,用流动注射法进行检测,外标法定量,检测结果与紫外可见分光光度法保持一致。亚硝酸盐在0.0~0.250mg/L的质量浓度范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R为0.999 9,方法检出限(3S/N)为0.81 mg/kg。实际样品不同加标浓度的加标回收率在81.0%~105.8%之间,相对标准偏差为0.48%~6.56%(n=6),批内相对标准偏差均小于7%。本方法简单、快速,具有较好的准确度和精密度,适合大批量的水产品检测要求。
A method for determination of nitrite in aquatic products using continuous flow injection analy-sis has been developed. The samples were extracted saturated sodium borate, and purified with potassium ferri-cyanide and zinc acetate, then the supernatants obtained through filter paper were analysed by flow injectionanalysis instrument, using external standard method for quantitative. The results were consistent with UV visi-ble spectrophotometry. Linear relationships between values of absorbance and mass concentration of nitrite wasin range of 0.0-0.250 mg/L, with correlation coefficient more than 0.999 9. The limit of detection (3S/N) for ni-trite was 0.81 mg/kg The relative recoveries of spiked nitrite at different concentration levels in real sampleswere 81.0%-105.8%, and with relative standard deviations of 0.48%-6.56%(n=6). The relative standard devi-ation in the batch is less than 7%. The method is proved to be rapid, accurate, efficient, and especially forlarge quantities of aquatic products samples analysis.
