摘要
为了实现重型车辆空气滤清器技术状况的实时监测,以空气滤清器二级滤尘盒为研究对象,根据流体总流伯努利方程,建立空气滤清器等效流通截面积计算模型。设计实车原位空转试验方案,测试稳定工况下进气流量、空滤阻力并计算各工况下等效流通截面积,验证计算模型准确性,提出基于等效流通截面积的空气滤清器技术状况的实时监测方法并开展试验,测试结果符合实际状况。论文研究为重型车辆空气滤清器技术状况监测、故障预防及清洗时间的确定提供了方法。
In order to realize the real-time monitoring of the technical status of heavy vehicle air filter, the air filter secondary dust filter box is taken as the research object, and the equivalent flow cross-sectional area calculation model of air filter is established according to the fluid total flow Bernoulli equation. It designs the real vehicle in-situ idling test program, tests the intake flow and air filter resistance under steady conditions and calculates the equivalent flow cross-sectional area under each working condition, verifies the accuracy of the calculation model, and proposes the real-time monitoring method of the technical status of air filtration based on the equivalent flow crosssectional area, and the test results are in line with the actual situation. The paper provides a method for the monitoring of technical conditions, fault prevention and cleaning time of heavy vehicle air filters.
