摘要
赣芝14号是江西省农业科学院作物研究所选育的黑芝麻新品种,在2013~2014年江西省芝麻区域试验中,平均产量为1128.3 kg/hm^2,比对照品种增产6.74%,含油量为52.28%,蛋白质含量为23.97%,茎点枯病发病率和病情指数显著低于对照,于2015年通过江西省农作物品种审定委员会认定。经检测表明,2015、2016年赣芝14号种子镉积累量分别为参试品种中最高积累量品种的59.64%和38.00%,分别为参试品种平均值的67.81%和84.44%,均表现出镉低积累特性,是一个产量、品质、抗性等综合表现优良的镉低积累品种,具有很高的推广应用价值。
Ganzhi No. 14 is a new black sesame variety bred by Crop Research Institute,Jiangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In the sesame regional trial of Jiangxi province from 2013 to 2014,the average yield of Ganzhi No. 14 was 1128.3 kg/hm^-2,which was 6.74% higher than the average yield of the control variety; its oil content and protein content were 52.28% and 23.97%,respectively. In the field identification of resistance to Macrophomina phaseolina,the disease incidence and disease index of Ganzhi No. 14 were significantly lower than those of the control variety. This new variety was registered and released in 2015 by Jiangxi Province Crop Variety Certification Committee. The laboratory test results showed that the cadmium accumulation in seeds of Ganzhi No. 14 in 2015 and 2016 was respectively 59.64% and 38.00% of the highest cadmium accumulation in seeds of tested varieties,and was respectively 67.81% and 84. 44% of the average cadmium accumulation in seeds of tested varieties.Therefore,Ganzhi No. 14 is a high-yielding,good-quality,disease-resistant and cadmium-low-accumulation variety,and it possesses very large application and promotion value.
