摘要
以α-Zr(HPO_4)·H_2O(α-ZrP)作为无水钙基脂添加剂,通过SRV-V高频线性往复摩擦磨损试验机研究了其摩擦学性能。采用3D白光干涉仪、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)观察并分析了磨损表面形貌和元素分布。结果表明,α-ZrP能显著提高润滑脂的承载、减摩抗磨性能。在长时间摩擦过程中,α-ZrP可以在摩擦副表面形成一层保护膜,有效地减少摩擦磨损,增强了润滑脂的抗磨、减摩性能。
The tribological properties ofα-Zr(HPO4)· H2O(α-ZrP)as an additive in anhydrous calcium grease were studied by using a SRV-V high frequency linear reciprocating tester.The worn surfaces were characterized by 3D optical profiler,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry(EDS).The results showed thatα-ZrP can significantly improve the load-carrying capacity,anti-wear and friction-reduction properties of the grease.During the longterm test,α-ZrP particles formed a protective film on the worn surface to effectively reduce friction and wear,improveing the tribological performance of the grease.
