多孔介质固定熔盐电解质的表面热力学分析

摘要 采用多孔介质将熔盐电解质固定在密度接近的液态粗金属和精炼金属之间,可确保熔盐电解精炼过程的顺利完成。为了确定熔盐电解精炼装置的设计参数,本文进行了多孔介质固定熔盐电解质表面热力学理论分析。研究表明:采用多孔介质固定熔盐电解质进行粗金属熔盐电解精炼时,盛装精炼金属的坩埚底部多孔介质密度与熔盐电解质密度越接近,坩埚底部多孔介质的厚度越小,多孔介质孔隙数量越多,熔盐电解质就能更稳定存在于多孔介质板的通孔中。 The molten salt electrolyte is fixed between refined metal and crude metal with veU closed density by using porous media to ensure the smooth completion of molten salt electrolysis refining. In order to determining design parameters of the refining unit, the surface thermodynamic analysis of the fixed molten salt electrolyte in porous media is carried out. The research shows that in the process the molten salt electrolyte will be more stable in the through hole of porous medium when the density of porous medium at the bottom of crucible is closer to that of the electrolyte, the porous medium at the bottom of crucible is thinner and the more the pores in porous media.
