摘要
目的:了解该院中药饮片处方书写和使用情况,为规范处方书写与合理使用中药饮片提供参考。方法:抽取该院2015年1月1日至2016年12月31日点评的中药饮片处方4684张,对其中的646张不合理中药饮片处方的基本情况进行统计、排序,找出用药规律及存在问题并对其进行分析。结果:一、抽查点评的中药饮片处方,整体合理率86.21%。实行了电子处方,无潦草处方。二、不合理中药饮片处方中,不规范处方占97.83%,不适宜处方占2.17%。三、不合理处方分布:女性多于男性,60岁及以上占42.26%。四、用药味数偏多。五、单张处方用药金额在50元以下的占46.28%。结论:该院中药饮片处方用药基本合理,实行电子处方(新技术)可以提高处方质量,但是还存在中药饮片处方书写不规范等问题,该院药师应肩负起认真审查核对处方的职责,促进合理用药。
Objective： To investigate the status of prescription writing and use of Chinese medicine decoction pieces in Santai County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and to provide reference for the standardization of prescription writing and rational use of Chinese medicine decoction pieces. Method： 4684 prescription from Jan.1, 2015 to Dec. 31, 2016 in the hospital were collected. The basic information of 646 unreasonable Chinese medicine decoction pieces were statistically analyzed and sorted to find the medication rule and the problems. Result： 1. The total reasonable rate of the prescription of Chinese medicine decoction pieces was 86.21%. No scrawl prescription was found in electronic prescription. 2. Non-standard prescription accounted for 97.83% and inappropriate prescription accounted for 2.17% among unreasonable prescription of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces prescription. 3. In unreasonable prescription, the number of prescriptions for female patients was higher than that for male patients. And patients over 60 accounted for 42.26%. 4. The drugs was too much in one prescription. 5. The number of prescriptions below $50 accounted for 46.28%. Conclusion： Chinese medicine decoction pieces prescription in the hospital is basically reasonable. The implementation of electronic prescription（new technology） can improve the quality of prescription, but there are still problems such as non-standardized writing and etc. The hospital pharmacists should undertake the duty to check prescription to promote the rational use of drugs.
