急性髓系白血病移植后6年髓外多部位复发一例

摘要 造血干细胞移植（hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,HSCT）是急性髓系白血病有效的治疗手段之一,但移植后复发率高,多于1年内出现,是移植失败的主要原因之一,目前尚无标准有效的治疗手段。本文报道1例急性髓系白血病于移植后6年髓外多部位复发,从髓外复发危险因素及发病机制进行讨论,希望能提高临床医师对移植后髓外复发的了解。
