摘要 循环水泵普遍采用的密封是填料密封,由于该密封形式有寿命短、泄漏量大的特点,造成设备的维修率高、现场环境差,同时也造成密封水的大量浪费。通过对密封的改进,不仅保证了设备的长周期运行,也杜绝了水的浪费,改善了操作环境,同时节水节电效果也非常显著。 The packing seal is generally used in the cycle-water pump, its shortcomings include short life and large leakage, which can cause frequent maintenance, poor field environment and large sealing water consumption. In a plant, the sealing of cycle-water pump was improved to insure the long-term operation of equipments, eliminate the waste of sealing water, improve the operating condition as well as reduce the consumption of water and electricity.
