摘要
研制一种不停电即可更换避雷器专用放电计数器的装置,它具有保护放电计数器和在计数器损坏时实现避雷器不停电就可更换的功能,能够有效降低放电计数器的故障率和提高故障时的检修效率,对保证电网安全稳定运行具有积极作用。
To develop a discharge counter device built for the arrester can be repalced without power interruption.It has the functions of protecting the discharge counter and changing the arrester without power failure when the counter is damaged, which can effectively reduce the failure rate of the discharge counter and improve the efficiency of fault repair, ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
