摘要
针对成都地铁7号线2标盾构隧道工程施工过程中,因多次穿越浅基民房片区而可能出现的地面沉降和房屋坍塌问题,基于盾构前期施工过程中的土仓压力、刀盘扭矩与转速、地表沉降等关键参数统计结果,从建筑物加固、盾构下穿建筑物期间的掘进参数控制、滞后沉降控制等方面进行技术分析,并提出了针对性的控制措施。通过对后期施工现场建筑物变形量测分析可知:因盾构掘进引起浅基民房沉降值最大为2.2 mm,盾构隧道穿越后基本稳定在2 mm左右,均控制在目标范围内。
During the shield tunneling on Chengdu metro Line7,a series of problems when the shield crossing under the shallow foundation residential area,such as the ground subsidence,house collapse have emerged. Based on the statistical analysis of key parameters in the process of early construction,including the soil pressure,cutter torque and rotating speed,surface subsidence and so on,targeted technical analysis is carried out from aspects of building reinforcement, driving parameters control and lagged settlement control,corresponding measurements are proposed. Through the deformation monitoring measurement analysis at the post construction sites,that the maximum settlement value of shallow foundation houses is know n to be 2. 2 mm during tunneling,and the settlement value remains about 2 mm after shield crossing,both are within the targeted control range.
