摘要
互联网是社会主要矛盾表达和传播的重要载体,新时代中国社会主要矛盾的转化也必然会通过以互联网为载体的多种媒体形式得到表现和传播,人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾在互联网中也会有不平衡的体现。社会主要矛盾转化是网络公平治理的内在动力。网络公平治理是实现美好生活、社会发展趋于平衡与充分、社会底层利益诉求、商谈式治理话语权、以人民为中心的体现和保障。构建宪法治理机制、制度治理机制、国家治理现代化机制是网络公平治理的主要路径。社会主要矛盾解决与网络公平治理统一于新时代中国特色社会主义理论与实践当中。
Internet is an important carrier of the expression and spread of the social main contradictions.In the new era the social main contradictions transformation is bound to present and spread in the various media forms in which Internet plays the role of the carrier. The contradiction between the imbalance of people＇s increasing needs for better life and inadequate and sufficient development will also be reflected on the Internet. Social main contradiction transformation is the impetus of fair Internet governance. Fair governance on the Internet is the embodiment and guarantee of realizing a better life,society＇ development tending to be balanced and sufficient,interest demands from the bottom of the society,consultative governance discourse power,and people-centered governance. Constructing constitutional governance mechanism,system governance mechanism and national governance modernization mechanism are the main ways of fair governance of Internet. Social main contradiction transformation and the fair Internet governance are in the process of theory and practice with Chinese characteristic socialism in new era.
