摘要
目的探讨玻璃酸钠注射液联合银质针、臭氧治疗老年退行性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法将124例老年退行性膝关节炎住院患者,根据入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,各62例。观察组采用玻璃酸钠注射液联合银质针、臭氧进行治疗,对照组采用玻璃酸钠注射液进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.16%,明显高于对照组的83.87%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠联合银质针导热、臭氧治疗老年退行性膝关节炎可有效减轻患者疼痛,改善膝关节功能。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate injection combined with silver needle and ozone in the treatment of senile degenerative arthritis of the knee joint. Methods A total of 124 patients with senile degenerative arthritis of the knee joint were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of hospitalization, with 62 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection combined with silver needle and ozone, while the control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection. The clinical efficacy and pain visual analog scale（VAS） scores of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.16%, which was significantly higher than 83.87% in the control group（P0.05）. After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups significantly decreased, and that of the observation group was lower than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with silver needle diathermy and ozone in the treatment of senile degenerative arthritis of the knee joint can effectively relieve the pain and improve the function of the knee joint.
