摘要
针对传统汽车覆盖件逆向工程设计效率低和无法参数化等问题,提出一种基于区域划分和特征识别正逆向相结合的参数化设计方法。通过分析产品表面形态特征,结合正向建模思路,在Geomagic Design X软件平台下实现了某汽车覆盖件各部分结构的区域划分、特征提取及参数化再设计,重构出准确性较高的产品参数化实体模型。试验结果表明,该方法能有效提高建模效率和反求参数化的修改能力,而且无需中间格式转换即能将重构模型无缝输出到正向CAD软件中,可为后续产品的优化设计提供基础。
For the problems of the low efficiency and no parameterization in the traditional reverse engineering design of automobile panel, this paper proposed a parameterized design method based on region division and feature recognition combining forward and reverse engineering design. By analyzing the product surface morphological feature and introducing forward modeling ideas, the region division, feature extraction and parameterized redesign for each part of a certain automobile panel were realized in the platform of Geomagic Design X. The test results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively improve the modeling efficiency and the ability of inverse parameterized modification, and can seamlessly export the reconstructed model into forward CAD software to provide the basis for further study on product optimization design.
