摘要
针对超长灌注桩的理论研究还远落后于工程应用的现状,结合珠海横琴区某工程超长灌注桩的单桩承载力试验,本文阐述了软土地区承载力试验的方案设计,分析了不同承载力桩的沉降特征。研究表明,采用支承板+管桩的处理方式可较好满足支墩地基承载力要求,12 m+12 m拼接式基准梁可较好的减小数据受到扰动,最终试验顺利完成且承载力均满足设计要求,同时存在较大的设计优化空间,有条件的工程可进一步做破坏性试验进行研究。
Contrary to the current status of theoretical research on super-long concrete pile is still far behind the engineering applications.Combines the bearing capacity of single pile of super-long concrete pile in zhuhai hengqin district,this paper describes the design of bearing capacity tests in soft soil areas and analyzes the settlement data of different bearing piles. The study shows that the support plate + pipe pile treatment method can better meet the bearing capacity requirements of the support pier foundation,12 m + 12 m stitching reference beam can better reduce the data disturbance,the final test is completed successfully and the bearing capacity meets the design requirements,while there is a larger space for design optimization,further destructive testing can be done in conditional projects for research.
