食盐定点生产企业担负着社会大众的安全用盐责任。标准化制度化的化验室的建立和管理是食盐产品质量管理的重要保障。文章主要阐述了关于合格食盐企业化验室建立和管理的建议和方法,有助于食盐企业化验室走出行业,向着更高级别迈进。
Salt designated production enterprises are responsible for the safety of salt in the society. The establishment and management of the standardized and institutionalized laboratory is an important guarantee for the quality managenlent of salt products. This paper mainly discussed the suggestion and method of establishment and managenlent of qualified salt enterprise laboratory, which is beneficial to help salt business laboratories out of the industry to a higher level.
